Like Mint is a Berlin based indie-folk singer/songwriter who's bringing the graceful fragility of folk music onto the stage with her guitar and voice, she started out by using the words of others to make sense of her own inner life. She captures a specific atmosphere: a melancholy that isn't heavy, but somehow refreshing.

Her music blossomed from the quiet solitude of her upbringing in the Ore Mountains, where she spent years unraveling the world through others’ lyrics before finally picking up a guitar to give voice to her own story. That sense of discovery shapes her live show; it’s less a performance than a conversation, a delicate balance of open-hearted emotion and enchanting restraint that leaves the room suspended in a gentle weightlessness. With her EP On Second Thought, Like Mint invites listeners to peer behind the curtain, sharing stories of courage, love, and growth that they can carry home and make their own.

All of these might sound melancholic but the melancholy isn't deeply sad, but somehow refreshing, hence the name.
